Paula Dollard, ABR, CHMS, CRS  

Paula has a passion for helping others. As your full time real estate agent in the Madison area, she brings that passion to her role as a real estate professional by anticipating clients' needs, carefully building relationships, maintaining integrity and always providing more than expected.

Paula was in the top 20% of producers and ranked in the top 10 in sold volume for four months last year with her previous office. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and continues to aggressively pursue training in the real estate field. Paula has completed her full Certified Residential Specialist designation -- a distinction held by only 4% of Realtors nationwide.

Before becoming a Realtor, Paula worked as a child care administrator and a fundraising specialist. She is deeply committed to giving back to the community and is an active member in the Kiwanis Club of Downtown Madison. Paula also serves as a volunteer for YMCA of Dane County and the Lodi High School Principal Advisory Committee. Through her business, she sponsors youth basketball teams, Canyon Scholars and the Association of Fundraising Professional's annual Philanthropy Day.

Paula is the mother of two sons and lives in Lodi with her husband, Bill.
